Sadman Rashid is an emerging civil engineering professional and Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) with experience supporting municipal infrastructure, transportation, and construction projects across Alberta. At Aurora Planning & Engineering Ltd., Sadman contributes to both office-based design coordination and field-level construction support, bringing strong technical discipline, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to every project.

Sadman’s experience includes working on municipal servicing, transit infrastructure, and industrial construction projects, where he has supported engineering teams with drawing reviews, RFI and submittal tracking, field coordination, scheduling support, and documentation control. His combined understanding of design intent and construction execution enables him to effectively bridge communication between consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.

At Aurora, Sadman assists with civil design coordination, shop drawing and specification review, constructability assessments, and preparation of technical reports, meeting records, and project documentation. He also supports field coordination activities, including progress monitoring, site communication, and quality verification. His strong organizational skills and commitment to accuracy allow him to thrive in fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environments.

Before joining Aurora Planning & Engineering, Sadman coordinated construction activities on infrastructure and industrial projects, gaining hands-on experience with site documentation, safety participation, subcontractor coordination, and execution support for major facility upgrades and municipal infrastructure works.
